Hi my name is Nikky,

I currently reside in Nottingham. I am a lawyer who practiced in one of the common law jurisdiction as an associate counsel.

I came into England few years ago to further horn my career. However I was enrolled into The University of Law where I attain my Masters in Law on International Corporate Governance and Compliance (LL.M)

I have good experience working as an in-house lawyer and within the finance sector as a compliance officer/Administrative. As a compliance officer, one of our major responsibility is to ensures organizations are in compliance to relevant laws/ regulation' like that of the (Companies Act 2006, Financial Conduct Act, Money Laundering Regulation 2017, GDPR 2018, Financial Service and Market Act 2002)

Report the day to day activities being carried in a transparent manner to the management, mitigate any potential risk and carry out adequate research on regulations changes.

I am very conversant and knowledgeable of the relevant laws/ regulation governing finance sector and Anti Money Laundering, such as the FCA, FSMA, Money Laundering and Regulation.

I have good regulatory compliance skill, verbal/written communication skill, organizational skill, stakeholder management skills, IT skill. Research/drafting skills, mitigation/litigation, detail oriented, team work etc.

I am willing and open to join an organization where my skills and experience will be used to make great impact to enhance the sustainable growth of the company whereby achieving it aims and objectives. Also to join a professional team where I can acquire more knowledge to enhance my experience.
