Noah Karisa

Motivated, ambitious and reliable college student seeking a part time role alongside my studies. I am a polite, well mannered and approachable person who enjoys helping others and making a positive difference to those around me. I am supportive and take pride in ensuring people feel included, comfortable and valued, and I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds.

I naturally aim to create a positive environment where everyone feels respected and involved. Through my work experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, I have developed strong communication skills, patience and the ability to work confidently with both adults and children. I also have experience as head boy in primary school and as a prefect in high school which helped develop leadership, responsibility and teamwork skills.

In addition, I served as an altar boy which required discipline, commitment and reliability. I have supported school events and group activities which strengthened my ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility when needed. I am organised, hardworking and able to adapt quickly to new environments and responsibilities.

I work well both independently and as part of a team and I always aim to contribute positively to group success. I am comfortable working in busy environments and can remain calm, focused and polite under pressure. I am reliable and consistent in completing tasks properly and on time without needing constant supervision and I am always willing to take initiative when needed.

I am keen to learn new skills quickly and continuously improve myself in any role I take on. I am highly ambitious and have strong long term aspirations to progress into university or a competitive degree apprenticeship, with a particular interest in investment banking and business. My long term goal is to build a successful career in finance while also developing the skills and experience that could eventually allow me to build and run my own business.

I am eager to gain valuable work experience that will help develop my confidence, communication skills and professional mindset while balancing my college studies.
