I am a third-year architecture student with a keen interest in construction management. My academic background has given me strong technical skills in AutoCAD, and SketchUp, as well as a solid understanding of project planning, site analysis, and construction documentation.
I am highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities developed through collaborative studio projects and design challenges. My experience working in teams has strengthened my communication and leadership skills, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.
With a proactive approach to learning and a strong work ethic, I am eager to apply my technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities to real-world projects. I am particularly interested in roles where I can contribute to efficient project delivery and gain valuable experience in construction management.
I have acquired work experience at Mountford Piggot (architecture firm); Actively travelling with an architect to meetings regarding residential projects, I overlooked these meetings between architects and structural engineers, and material manufacturers throughout the day.
Atkins, Working in the engineering department overlooking meetings and presenting my findings on active projects to the engineering department. Also looking at architectural projects such as the Gatwick Airport extension.
Also worked at Sainsburys, Jockey Club, McDonalds, all as team members.
