Within this role, my responsibility is to manage customer accounts to reduce bad debts and improve cash flow by ensuring that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner. Evaluating new credit requests, which includes checking credit ratings, deciding whether to allow credit to a debtor and advising on credit limits.
