• TOPIC: Frequency of Alloantibodies in Multiply Transfused Patients
• MATERIAL USED: Patients Blood Plasma and Clotted Blood,3 cell panel with extended 11 cell panel and Coombs reagent
• It was used to detect Atypical antibodies in multiply transfused patients like Thalassemia Major patients. Its purpose is to perform Alloantibodies detection and identification along with Cross-match in order to avoid transfusion related reactions which could be proved life-saving.
