I am Bachelor Engineering in Mechanical graduated 1997.I have worked in reputed companies such as Saudi Aramco, Petrofac, Ancilaries of BHEL etc.,I have 24+years of experience as a Static equipment/piping engineer in oil & gas, boiler industries. Having been worked in both green field and brown field projects and participating/working in Peer review, Design Review, HAZOP, HAZID review, HFE Screening, VCA, HSE case study, SIMOPS, IPF, 3D model review, progress review during CSR/BfD, FEED and Detail Design.
Experienced in High/critical sour service.
Experienced in Alloy 825/625, SDSS, DSS, CSRL, GRVE, GRE materials.
I have been working in PDO since 2012 for EOR thermal projects in Amal cluster.
Working in steam service in the oil &gas industry is great challenge that to face new requirements due to high temperature (325C) and pressure steam (114 barg) and in WTP (Water Treatment Plant). This will add additional requirements for designing static/piping items in the on plot (HRSG, OTSG etc.,) and off plot area. Some of them are as below:
Fully working together with construction team and visiting site in regular basis to resolve the site queries on-it in order void delay in construction works due to various technical and other reasons.
Fully working together with commissioning team and visiting site in regular basis resolving the technical issues and communicating consultant/vendors immediately whenever required.
Participating in the RCA process and closing actions raised by the team.
