- I am responsible for providing the highest standards of service, to both internal & external patients within the Hospital2Home department
- I am currently looking after patients accounts who are registered on the Abbott system to receive peg feeding supplies and nutritional support
- A lot of the patients have required feed supplies in order to be fed through their tube once they have been discharged from hospital
- I work among a small team, allocating daily workload & prioritising as required
- I am assisting carers/patients & healthcare professionals with queries relating to deliveries, feed & feeding equipment for registered patients such their feeding pump and also their peg button
- I have the ability to liaise with the H2H management team to ensure the H2H service is aligned to contractual requirements & help deliver an optimal service
- Having a flexible attitude aptitude for management, incorporating team motivation
- I have the ability to show flexible leadership skills to balance both people & task responsibilities, using initiative and meeting daily targets
- I am prioritising workload to balance tasks & responsibility, in order to deliver high standard of work when under pressure
- I am able to work flexible hours, which include weekends & out of hours oncall, which entails day and overnight segments

- Here I was managing & monitoring client Investments; I would co-ordinate and assign problems to team members who I thought would carry the experience and knowledge to come up with a solution to the problem
- A lot of my job role required me to be on call during out of office hours and working during the weekend

- I was working as a Service Co-coordinator for a Audio Visual Company on a temporary 6 month contract
- My position entailed me to be responsible for co-coordinating calls as well as providing all resolutions to clients with technical faults via telephone and email
