In this specific role, my job was to answer non emergency phone calls for patient with symptoms. I would carry out an assessment based on what they are experiencing in order to pass them to the right service. This job has taught me how to work well under pressure as we can't guarantee what call we get. It taught me how to communicate well as I will be handing around 50/60 calls a day.

In this role I was a therapist assistant, and I was responsible of answering calls to book appointments or call patients to inform them about specific things. This job also offered me a NLP and Hypnotherapy diploma course that I am undergoing alongside my University.
