I am a highly motivated conference producer with a proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines while meeting targets. Within my first six months at dmgevents, I successfully met all my KPIs,

leading to the production of the main program for the 6th Tanzania Energy Congress 2024 and currently producing the 2025 programme for the West Africa Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Trade Summit and

Exhibition.

My role requires me to work alongside different departments including: production, sales, marketing, and operations team. While also overseeing the launch of Summits, technical seminars and supporting speaker management. In addition, I project manage 1-to-1 developer and stakeholder meetings, handle speaker management across multiple events, and utilise CRM tools throughout the event product cycle.

My experiences have honed my organisational skills, ensuring seamless collaboration and event execution. I am also responsible for acquiring associations and partners for our events, curating tailored agreements that meet their unique needs.

Moreover, I have leveraged my French language skills to assist with francophone speakers and stakeholders,

expanding our outreach and potential leads. Attending industry networking events has enabled me to build strong relationships with sponsors, speakers, and ministerial representatives, ensuring I stay in tune with the evolving needs of the energy sector.
