- Trained new engineering teams on user story writing, estimation, TDD/BDD, and how to prepare for PI planning
- Responsible for creating and leading workshops and training for stakeholders on the agile mindset needed moving forward and how leadership looks in the new ways of working
- Spoke at Exec conference and leadership conference about the key benefits of agile and what changes to expect, as well as dealt with their resistance to change
- Onboarded and coached new engineering teams in Agile ways of working with Scrum/Kanban methodology and specific toolings such as Miro and Azure DevOps.
- Created dashboards for the Cloud Transformation at Team, Workstream and Programme levels, as well as an Agile Health dashboard to help teams and leadership accurately report on progress
- Represented the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).

- Steered conversation during PI planning for the teams, making the Team's PI Objectives visible as a guide whilst planning for the next five sprints, and ensured making transparent any risks escalating them to the program level.
