I efficiently managed high volumes of enquiries and correspondence with empathy, produced comprehensive reports, records, and documents for both internal and external stakeholders, and consistently delivered excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and effectively.
In addition, I worked as a Human Resources Administrator, supporting daily operations and facilitating communication across departments.
