I am a dedicated and dependable professional with extensive experience in Customer Relations, Human Resources, and both residential and domiciliary care environments. For nearly a decade, I served as a Solution Delivery Officer, where I was also the primary customer service contact and acted as the key liaison between the organisation and its clients. I efficiently managed high volumes of enquiries and correspondence with empathy, produced comprehensive reports, records, and documents for both internal and external stakeholders, and consistently delivered excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and effectively.

In addition, I worked as a Human Resources Administrator, supporting daily operations and facilitating communication across departments. I maintained accurate records, managed confidential information with discretion, and assisted in organizing staff schedules as well as resolving a range of administrative queries.

In the last 2 years, I have been in the care sector wherein i have assisted with daily living activities and supported clients to maintain independence, encouraged social interaction and involvement in community activities. I have also supported medication administration and daily routines, reported changes in client needs and well-being to senior staff promptly, and helped ensure the service runs smoothly by contributing to a supportive team culture.

In October 2025, I was promoted as part of the first set of Senior Carers at Arise Nursing, which is a remarkable step for me.
