I am a trained legal practitioner that specialises in Information Technology and International Data Protection Laws as well as Information Security. I am also a computer scientist skilled in IT Management and Computer Network Security.

I possess a combined five years practical experience as a solicitor and software system expert as well as adequate understanding of how to optimally employ legal theories in solving legal problems. I have worked on several corporate and commercial projects providing insights and solutions across areas of fintech, mergers and acquisitions and property transfers. I have also implemented several report automations, data quality and data governance projects in the banking sector

Experience

Provided high level responses to the University of Kwazulu-natal questionnaire in connection with data privacy and use of data in Nigeria in the health sector. Other areas in which legal advisory support were provided include (i) cybersecurity and cybercrime; (ii) artificial intelligence; (iii) individual rights; (iv) cross border data flows; and (v) access to information.
