• Establish and manage ongoing data governance activities for the Enterprise
• Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behaviour policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
• Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company’s principal information assets

• Lead the Data Governance program by influencing the roadmap to create a culture that manages data as an enterprise asset
• Partner with team members to identify, activate and support stewardship program by utilizing master data management (MDM), data quality and data catalog tools to operationalize and scale our data governance capabilities
• Stay up to date with data governance industry trends and apply best practices
• Define and execute processes to monitor data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and privacy, establish consistent data definitions, and monitor overall health of data assets
• Document and implement data quality policies, standards, and procedures for existing and new data environments.
