I am a motivated and reliable school leaver who is eager to start my career and develop new skills in a professional environment. I believe I'm hardworking and enthusiastic, and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards challenges and new experiences. Through my education setting, I have developed good communication, teamwork and organisational skills as well as showing I can work on my own.
I am now looking for an opportunity where I can showcase my abilities while developing and gain valuable experience and make a positive contribution to an employer. I have been a Northumberland FA grassroots qualified referee for 2+ years officiating all ages from Under 7s to Under 14s. I am recognised for confidence and fairness in leadership and decision making often receiving messages and feedback from coaches to officiate high level matches.
I bring very good communication skills where I need to explain decisions to younger players who often don't understand the rules and regulations of football games in the development stage. I always bring a positive attitude who is motivated and has a willingness to learn and bettering myself.
