Finance Director Business Partnering – Engineering at ARM (2020-12 – 2026-06)
- Managing the transition of the Machine Learning and DSG groups into Central Engineering.
- Standardizing processes across the four engineering groups to stream-line financial management and hiring.

Held three roles during tenure at Capgemini, initially as a Finance Sales Controller within the Applications business, followed by two Finance Controller positions supporting large outsourcing contracts in Derby and London, with leadership responsibility for two direct reports, including an offshore team member in India.

Joined Fujitsu's Finance Graduate Program following completion of a Banking & Finance degree at Loughborough University. Progressed through three positions during the first three years across FP&A, delivery units, and business partnering/client-facing finance roles. Also held a finance position supporting an Oracle implementation project across seven European countries with a £6m budget.
Subsequently spent several years supporting large, complex public sector accounts, progressing from Junior Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager with responsibility for a portfolio of accounts.
- Modelled and created the day rates used across the whole company as part of a senior sponsored piece of work.
- Worked on a £15m deal with one of our clients that led to a major IT outsource contract in 2007.
