Oliver Flippance

3+ years experience in real estate, with experience in multiple areas of the property development industry. This includes, architecture, design, project management, marketing, valuation and investment. My current role focuses on the appraisal and planning of new sites for the construction of housing, and the management of these projects through to completion and beyond.

I have a passion for all areas of investment, from real estate to alternatives, and am extremely keen to gain more valuable experience in these areas beyond residential property.

June 18 - May 24: Part time architectural assistant at IDP Group. (Full time May 24 - Oct 24) Responsbilities Included marketing material, construction drawings, CAD modelling, presentations, and quoting and finance forecasting. I also gained experience in development planning and land purchase.

Oct 24 - Present: Technical coordinator at Taylor Wimpey. Responsibilities include reviewing construction information, new site appraisal, planning applications, consultant tendering and managing, cost tracking, conveyancing, and project management.
