I played rugby for several years (representing welsh students in rugby league and the London Broncos Academy) this is where I developed a passion for fitness and owned and ran a successful gym for many years. I have developed strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service skills along with team management which in turn has enabled me to confidently communicate and negotiate efficiently which have enabled me to adapt and perform to a high level in different working environment. I am a highly positive and hard working individual, and I am excited and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
