Between years at university, I was employed at a company which made wound care products. I worked in the R&D department and helped to develop and test new dressings and products for a wide range of uses. This placement helped me grow my problem-solving skills and taught me to follow health and safety guidelines while maintaining a high standard of work by myself and in a team. From this, I have excellent customer service skills from interacting with external contractors.
