I’ve worked in hospitality for the past 5 years and have a desire interest to progress Further within the industry. my desire is to be either a manager of a pub/bar or to own my own one day.
I started Off being a waiter in a local country pub at the age of 15 and stayed doing that for 2 years until I stopped for a year due to school, but after I was old enough I decided to go straight into bar work and also got to be a supervisor within 2 years of working on a bar. I’ve also worked on the bars at the Moto GP and Formula 1
I have my personal licence as well as a first aid certificate. I’ve learnt a lot of cellar work regarding barrel changing, line cleaning and line checks.
