Motivated and reliable school leaver who has recently completed GCSEs and is eager to begin a career in the workplace. I have developed strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills through youth football refereeing and my Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. I am confident working with people, staying calm under pressure and taking responsibility.

Through youth refereeing, I have developed strong communication and decision-making skills by staying calm and making quick, fair decisions under pressure. It has improved my confidence and leadership as I take charge of games and manage players of different ages. I have also built patience, responsibility and professionalism while learning the importance of fairness, discipline, teamwork and respect.
This experience has helped me become reliable, organised and able to work well in challenging situations.
