Motivated and reliable school leaver who has recently completed GCSEs and is eager to begin a career in the workplace. I have developed strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills through youth football refereeing and my Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. Through youth refereeing, I have developed strong communication and decision-making skills by staying calm and making quick, fair decisions under pressure. It has improved my confidence and leadership as I take charge of games and manage players of different ages. I have also built patience, responsibility and professionalism while learning the importance of fairness, discipline, teamwork and respect.
