I am a hardworking student who is looking for work during the holidays and weekends.
I am a passionate, dedicated individual. I have just completed my GCSEs and am looking to start building my CV with real-life working experience.
My work experience was for a Utility company where I did some day-to-day admin but was also exposed to customer service. This taught me how crucial great customer service can be to a business.
I am competent in all Microsoft applications and have great verbal and written communication skills.
I am adaptable so feel that I could slot into any organisation and give 100%.

-Adhering to key SLA's/ KPI's
-Listening to customer calls and providing insights
-Understanding regulations to make decisions on processes
Currently a student at Parmiters, Watford.
Have just completed all core GSCEs.
