I am currently studying Travel and Tourism at Brockenhurst College. My aspiration is to begin my career in the Aviation industry as an Air Stewardess. Whilst attending Brockenhurst College I am taking part in enrichment opportunities and build a portfolio of work to expand my skills and maximise my time at college.
I feel that working within the customer service sector will give me sound knowledge and experience to deliver a first-class experience for the consumer and will give me the opportunity to develop my communication techniques with the public. I am a friendly, approachable and outgoing person who is always willing to learn a new skill and take on a new challenge. I pride myself in my appearance and the stive to be the best I can be in all situations.

I am quick to learn new skills with the ability to work well under pressure, handle customer orders accurately, maintain hygiene standards, cash handling and support smooth daily café operations. Junior Buddy and Mentor at Secondary School
Selected to be a Junior Buddy and Mentor. My role included assisting new students, supporting them with reading and overall helping them with their transition to Secondary level education. At first, I felt unsure with my role but over time I gained more confidence and was able to see the positive impact I had on fellow students.
School Ambassador at Secondary School
On various occasions, I was selected to represent the school as an ambassador. I would attend many events whereby I welcomed external visitors, showing them the facilities and helping them where needed.
Student Voice Participant at Secondary School An active participant in the Student Voice process and enjoyed taking part in student lead changes. The changes made to the school community were designed to make the school a diverse and inclusive environment both inside and outside the classroom.
Work Experience at Hayes Travel
During my penultimate year at school, I arranged a week of work experience within the Travel Industry. During my time there I assisted customers with their travel choices and provided quotations for holidays. I also completed my own research on holiday destinations, airports, airlines and customer travel experiences.
I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with members of the public and providing excellent customer service. My work experience taught me some valuable and transferable skills such as time management, organisation, communication skills and attention to detail.
