I am a very enthusiastic, humorous but professional girl that enjoys interacting with all ages of the public. I believe I have a fantastic work ethic, brilliant customer service and a great set of transferable skills that includes communication, leadership, problem solving, adaptability and many more that that result in me doing things successfully and efficiently. I am told I am very down to earth when communicating with guests whilst still remaining professional.

I am able to grasp new concepts quickly and once I have adapted into a new setting I am a very quick worker. I believe I am self motivated and have the ability to achieve whatever work tasks are set. I have experience in successfully dealing with difficult guests and complaints, telephone skills, basic computer skills including email communication and word processing.

I've learnt the value of time management and how important it is to not let your team down where it can be helped. I remain calm working under pressure whether that be working alone, although I do work well as part of a team also. I always listen to what other team players have to say and I'm not afraid to pitch in ideas that I think may be of interest.

In the past few years I have been working as part of management teams. When i was last at the Golden Eagle I was made team leader and then i moved to Mitchell and Butlers as shift supervisor.
