I am a quality and performance professional with experience across public sector services, financial services and retail operations. Most recently working as a Customer Service Quality Analyst at Liberata, I led quality assurance across multi client accounts, embedding structured quality frameworks that improved compliance, customer satisfaction and First Contact Resolution. I provide structured coaching, trend analysis and performance insight to support colleague development and drive measurable service improvement.
Previously, as a Quality Assurance Executive at Currys, I monitored customer interactions against FCA and compliance standards, delivered constructive feedback, identified recurring service gaps and supported operational improvements through insight led reporting. My earlier roles include operations management, logistics coordination, client development and audit compliance, where I consistently exceeded targets, strengthened stakeholder relationships and ensured regulatory adherence.
I am known for being enthusiastic, adaptable and resilient, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to balancing colleague capability, customer experience and client requirements to deliver high quality outcomes.
I graduated from BIMM University Manchester in 2018 with a BA Hons in Songwriting, achieving a high 2:1. My degree developed my communication, presentation and creative thinking skills, alongside strong self discipline and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
Prior to university, I achieved a Triple Distinction National Diploma in Performing Arts at The Hammond School and completed my GCSEs at North Cestrian Grammar School and Culcheth Hall School for Girls. My educational background has strengthened my confidence, public speaking ability and adaptability, which I apply professionally within quality assurance, stakeholder communication and performance development roles.
