Hairdressers Assistant - Lamont hair dressing - Newtownabbey, County Antrim

For my school work experience, I spent one week at a local hairdressing salon. During this time, I helped keep the salon clean, tidy and organised, washed and conditioned clients' hair, and made and served tea and coffee to customers. I learned how to follow instructions, work well as part of a team, and be polite and professional with everyone I met. It gave me a great first insight into a real workplace, and I showed I was reliable, helpful and willing to do any task asked of me.
