I build strong therapeutic relationships, using empathy, psychological insight, and clear communication to support engagement and emotional wellbeing.
I co‑produce goals and support plans, contribute to assessments, and work confidently with risk, safeguarding, and clinical documentation.
I have experience delivering and supporting therapy interventions across OT, Physio, and Speech & Language Therapy, promoting functional recovery and daily‑living skills.
I work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with health, social care, education, and community services to ensure holistic, joined‑up support.
I have strong experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people, using tools such as Makaton, PECS, structured routines, and PBS strategies to meet sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs.
I adapt quickly to changing environments, reflect on my practice, and maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and person‑centred care.
