My master’s degree in public health covers Introduction to health economics and statistics modules which basically apply Qualitative and Quantitative data research instruments. I worked for a national charity as a PA, for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. To me, customer service means ensuring that the client or customer has the best experience possible, especially over the phone or face-to-face.
I’ve learned that by listening to the customer’s desires, concerns, and perspectives, I’m able to figure out the best way to solve any issues that come up. Especially, I enjoy it when I get to help a customer find a solution, they didn’t even realise was possible. Thus, my practical experience was dealing with professionals, for instance, doctors or local authorities and dealing with families to cover any sort of issues.
As a PA, one of the key points was the work with the vulnerable clients and their families, which involved their personal data and making sure that all our decisions that have been made cover their needs. To summarise my experience, good practice involves the fair treatment, understanding and meeting the client’s needs, and providing any advice or guidance for the client.
I’m extremely motivated to pursue a challenging position in which I can accomplish a specific goal for the company. My resume will show that I have been proactive in pushing myself throughout my professional experience and my education. I have repeatedly achieved success in my endeavours and will stop at nothing to do the same for your company.
