A key part of my role involved dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a calm and professional manner, always aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the shop's reputation.

While working here I worked alongside management in creating social media context such as reels and posts. I also played a part in designing menus and posters for different events / seasons and holidays at the shop. I also mainly worked within the shop seating and serving customers, making food and drink and well as taking photos for the business.

My role here as a photographer included sessions where I would take real time images of staff working, these were then used on the companies website and social media.

During my time as a Race Day Steward at Ascot Racecourse, I played a key role in ensuring visitors had a safe and enjoyable experience. My responsibilities included escorting guests around the racecourse, providing directions, and helping people reach their destinations efficiently across the different enclosures. This role allowed me to develop excellent communication and customer service skills, as I regularly interacted with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

It was a rewarding experience that improved my confidence, problem-solving abilities, and ability to remain professional in a busy, fast-paced environment.
