I have worked in kitchens since a young age as my dad was a chef. I got my first job at the Atholl Hotel when I was 16, and I’ve spent the last 15 years working different kitchen roles also fully qualified front of house. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I love the busy fast paced kitchen environment. I thrive and work very well under pressure and I am very confident in my abilities as a chef to deliver the best standard and quality of food possible.
I trained as a sous chef at No1 Bar & grill, completing all training in house. I have full knowledge of food hygiene and food allergen awareness is in line with the current guidelines.
Due to having 3 children, my youngest being 2 years old I have being out of employment for the last few years. He is now in full time childcare, so I am now available to work full time again.
