Data Protection/Privacy Consultant, CIPP/E
He worked as a legal consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (“PwC”) for nearly three years and currently, continues his legal consultancy services as a sole practitioner in London.
Mr. Sozen has 5+ years’ experience in the field of personal data protection; he had provided legal consultancy and compliance services to significant number of local and multinational companies on GDPR, ICO Guidelines and and other privacy regulations.
He has experiences on preparing personal data inventories, privacy policies, notices, consent letters, data transfer agreements, standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, conducting personal data impact assessments and responding to data subject requests etc. in line with the EU regulations and practices.
Mr. Sozen is a certified (CIPP/E) data protection/privacy consultant with 5+ years experience. He has Bachelor of Laws Degree from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and Mr. Sozen is a licensed Lawyer registered to Istanbul Bar Association.
