I am a passionate and dedicated support worker that provides high quality and compassionate care to patients. Support and help patients on their journey back to full health and assisting healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.
As an health care support worker I'm experienced in providing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home care. I assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as well as monitoring vital signs and administering medication under the supervision of a nurse or physician. I also offer emotional support to patients and their families, and work as part of a team to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of those under their care.
I work closely with healthcare professionals, following care plans, and providing compassionate and effective care to individuals with a range of medical needs.
I am certified in the following health care training from Centre Of Healthcare Training (COHT) Wolverhampton.
