I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with strong experience supporting children and young people across educational and care settings, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and learning disabilities. I take pride in creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments that encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress.
With proven skills in classroom supervision, behaviour management, and safeguarding, I provide reliable support to teachers and ensure continuity of learning in their absence. I bring excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a calm and empathetic approach to managing pupils’ diverse needs.
My background in law and training in safeguarding, de-escalation, and positive behaviour support enhance my ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and discretion. I am passionate about making a positive impact in every classroom and supporting each pupil to achieve their potential.
I have extensive experience working with children and young adults in educational and care environments, supporting those with diverse learning abilities and behavioural needs. My work has involved assisting in classroom instruction, managing behaviour, providing one-to-one and group support, and ensuring the emotional and physical wellbeing of pupils. I have also worked as a Support Worker, where I delivered person-centred care, implemented safeguarding procedures, and used de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
These roles have strengthened my ability to build trust, encourage participation, and promote positive learning experiences.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and a Master’s degree in Law, complemented by professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi). In addition, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Safeguarding training, as well as PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) and First Aid awareness. These qualifications have equipped me with a strong understanding of safeguarding, communication, and behavioural management principles essential for supporting children and young people in educational settings.
