Design projects & Prepare project document to donor agencies, government authorities and counterpart’s organizations, keep stakeholders inform of project activities.

• Monitor project activities; write related progress report to Executive Manager.
• Undertake briefing of donors, government officials on activities. Ensure that community involvement is in place, particular focus on women. 
• Supervision and technical support to projects managers at field offices.
• Participating in forums, conference and meetings concerning gender issues and GBV in particular, Good governance (Good governance and equity in political participation project of UNDP) 
• Take part in training workshops on WECC framework to end FGM for new beneficiary organization.
• Conduct training workshops on project Development for target beneficiaries .
• Attend Returns coordination meetings (IDPs repatriation).

. Work in harmony and coordination with the existing CBOs and support their development.

To assist the community, collect and analyse data needed for the approved village profile system in coordination with the PUMs, Program Advisors and the CPME Manager.

a. Prepare with the communities and other relevant Plan staff proper Community development Plans(CDPs), Community Development Outlines (CDOs) and Community Project Requests (CPRs) in a timely manner.

Facilitate proper identification of available resources, including potential partners
