In my professional career I have been the main point of contact for tour operators and guests, designing and operating excursions, booking reservations, and in charge of general logistics. I have travelled through parts of Chile, Peru, highlands of Bolivia and northern Argentina and also spent two months doing voluntary work in Cuba. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, develop excellent customer service skills and gain valuable knowledge about Latin America.
I hold a DPSI Diploma in Public Service Interpreting, have outstanding language skills in both Spanish and English, a confident linguist with a deep understanding of both British and Latin-American cultures.
