I am a friendly, reliable and hardworking individual with extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, complemented by a strong academic background having recently finished studying a MSc in Sports Nutrition at Manchester Metropolitan University. • Assisted customers with completing product evaluation questionnaires on iPads, providing clear guidance and engaging with participants to gather feedback
• Quickly adapted to a new data analysis software to analyse results and present collected data in presentation form for Tesco head office to use when assessing product performance
• Created a guidance document to help colleagues use the analysis software efficiently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to support others
