Owen Farrell

I am 37 years old living in Cowdenbeath fife. I have a full UK driver's license. On leaving school I started an apprenticeship in bricklaying. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to complete my apprenticeship.

I recently worked for Bosch Rexroth in Glenrothes for 8 years and worked a 3 shift pattern working as part of a 5-man team on an assembly line assembling hydraulic motors for the agriculture and construction industries. I was also working a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off for brief periods. However the management team decided they wanted to introduce zero-hour contracts and for that reason I resigned from the company.

I now currently work for Mowi UK in Rosyth as a kiln operator. I consider myself a reliable and conscientious employee with excellent time keeping and attendance record. I am able to work individually or as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

I have always worked within a target based production system. I feel now the time is right for me to move on to a more challenging environment.
