Giving HSE induction training for all the employees.
Carry out daily toolbox talk for the employees
Health, Safety, and environment requirements are being observed.
Daily audit of work permit, JSA and method statement.
Make sure that personnel protective equipment is suitable for use and for which works it is intended and to be worn by everybody always.
Assist with the HSE department in training the employees at the levels. I took part in discussion on the injury, damage and near misses.
Attend the meeting where safety is an item on the agenda and keep all the records of safety meetings on site with subject and attendance.
Ensure that access and egress are always free from any obstructions.
Make sure that the flammable materials are stored in a rational manner.
Make sure the basic firefighting equipment is fully operational and placed accordingly.
Inspection of portable firefighting equipment.
Regular inspection for all the machinery and tools.
Ensure that good housekeeping is always observed to maintain the work place neat and tidy.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Closely monitoring workforce and advising workers to work safely
Monitoring worker and site condition while working inside the confined space
Implement safety on site and find the safety observation
