An Electronics Technician in the British Army are responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of a wide range of military electronic equipment. I work in both workshop and field environments, often in challenging and varied conditions, ensuring vehicles remain operational.
I am an experienced Electronics Technician in the British Army with over four years of service, combining technical expertise with strong military values. I successfully completed Basic Training, developing commitment, resilience, and skills in weapon handling, fieldcraft, first aid, and physical fitness. I went on to complete Phase 2 trade training at MOD Lyneham, gaining both theoretical and practical knowledge in electronics.
Since joining my first Regiment, I have completed multiple specialist courses, served on several deployments, and taken on the role of Lead COSHH Representative, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. I have also completed the Army Leadership Development Programme, using my leadership skills to train and mentor new team members.
