An experienced, enthusiastic Field generator and UPS service engineer who has been working for highly reputed companies Siemens, Eaton Power Electrics and BP Pulse for several years. With substantial knowledge of single phase and three-phase uninterrupted power systems and EV charging products. Capable of carrying out scheduled maintenance, commissioned decommission repair and replacement in highly secured datacenter, bank, business, market and public amenities.
Regularly facing customers dealing with queries and concerns maintaining confidentiality and critical safety procedures. Fault finding troubleshooting and preparation of accuracy reports and solutions. Who possess exceptional team building and leadership skills, as well as interpersonal negotiation skills in written and verbal communication.
