I’m a motivated and reliable criminology graduate with strong communication and teamwork skills, currently seeking opportunities to build on my experience in customer service and community-focused roles. I take pride in delivering excellent service, adapting quickly to new environments, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
My background includes hands-on retail experience at Hamleys’ flagship store as a Build-A-Bear Expert, as well as leadership and childcare experience as a Girl Scout camp counsellor in the U.S. I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail through both academic study and practical experience.
Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Criminology with Criminal Justice from the University of Greenwich (2025), I’m eager to apply my skills in communication, organisation, and customer engagement in a dynamic role where I can continue learning and contributing to a positive team environment.
Outside of work, I’m an active and outdoorsy person who enjoys sports, teamwork, and taking on new challenges.

Delivered engaging, customer-focused experiences in a high-volume retail environment. Supported children and families through interactive, memorable activities while maintaining excellent product knowledge and contributing to team sales goals.
Girl Scout Camp, USA – Camp Counsellor (Summer Role)
Supervised and supported young campers, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment. Worked collaboratively with other counsellors, demonstrating adaptability, responsibility, and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
