As a recent Biology graduate from the University of Derby, I've developed a robust understanding and practical experience in laboratory procedures and safety protocols. My dissertation, which focused on evaluating mouthwash ingredients for their efficacy in biofilm removal, directly showcased my hands-on laboratory skills and analytical capabilities. Several years of working in retail has amassed a wealth of experience across customer service, stock management and conflict resolution skills.

My dedication to this role honed my ability to thrive in dynamic environments by consistently demonstrating my ability to adapt quickly, maintain organisation, and deliver results under pressure.
