I am very good at teamwork; I make sure everyone's ideas or thoughts are included and everyone is happy with the outcome. Outstanding in communication due to experience with working with patients on my journey of a newly qualified nurse. The fact that I moved to different hospitals and community healthcare settings allowed me to adapt easily in new environments.

I am a very resilient person that doesn't give up easily and can handle busy schedules and work ethics. There is always another plan then A and B, I can also work independently as well as in a team, I show amazing outcomes both ways. Attendance and punctuality are something I'm very keen about and don't take lightly.

I have many skills developed as I have just finished my nursing degree and was in placements all across West Yorkshire where I was working with adults of all ages, with complex needs and long term conditions allowing me to develop many skills. Organisation is key to me as I believe being organised allows me to deliver a high quality standard of care for patients. Enjoy any type of work and can contribute really easily with any type of people and any task that is set.

I'm really good at coping with challenges, always finding a way to work under pressure and multitasking. I have many experiences even in computer systems like systemone&EPR as I've been on multiple placements in community&Hospitals as a student nurse and got used to the system. I've had placements such as; pre op assessments, stroke acute unit, vascular ward, AMU, nursing home, General practice, elder ward.

I find comfort in a schedule and daily tasks that need to be met. My aim is to gain as many experiences as possible as I want to become a theatre nurse within the health care environment in order to deliver high standards of care for patients and being able to give patients comfort in one of their most vulnerable events like surgeries and procedures. Self-development by expanding my knowledge with more training and specialising.

Sensitivity, kindness and empathy are my main keys providing comfort and a sense of safety and trust for patients and coworkers is one of my many attributes. My teamwork skills are really good as I know how the MDT works together in order to ensure patient safety and care.

Administration Team Member at Bowling Highfield medical practice (Present)

Currently working in the administration team at Bowling Highfield medical practice, this enabled me to get very familiar with Systemone, Patch's, triaging and QOF. I have also been observing Nurse's clinics every Fridays to keep on top of reviews, patient interactions and develop knowledge in patient common chronical illnesses knowledge.
