I’m a results-driven hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience across the UK, UAE & INDIA , with a career spanning fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and multi-site branded concepts. I’ve led high-volume operations, built award-winning teams, and delivered consistent revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, compliance, and operational excellence.
My journey includes working with globally recognised brands such as Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Group, Taj, Accor and ITC, where I held Management-level roles. In these positions, I oversaw multiple outlets, managed diverse teams, and contributed to strategic planning and execution across the business.
In the UK, I’ve successfully managed restaurants end-to-end, taking full ownership of P&L, budgeting, cost control, menu engineering, team training, hiring (local and international), and supplier negotiations. One of my proudest achievements was personally initiating and coordinating an unannounced AA Rosette audit, which led to a 2 AA Rosette award on the restaurant’s first attempt — a rare distinction in the industry.
I’m passionate about developing people and building strong, values-led cultures. I’ve created and rolled out SOPs, led performance appraisals, implemented incentive programmes, and mentored team members into management positions. I’m also experienced in using digital tools to drive performance, enhance online visibility, and boost delivery and takeaway sales.
Now, I’m looking to grow into a multi-site or senior operations leadership role where I can combine my global experience, commercial acumen, and people-first mindset to drive operational excellence and scalable success.
