- Source, review suitability and on-board sub-contractor trainers, centers and partners for the delivery of our services
- Developing strong internal department relationships to facilitate the optimum delivery of projects
- Analysing booking data and contacting customers to determine the outcome of bookings
- Ensure suitable network coverage is present in order to meet business requirements
- Conduct internal & external trainer interviews
- Collect, collate and analyze feedback from all training provided to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and required actions
- Ensure that training demand spots are identified where someone in the network is missing and on-board as required
- Liaise with the Head of Service Delivery to ensure any required internal and external reports are produced as required on the agreed frequency
- Identify subject matter experts from the network to work alongside Project and Product team to develop new course content
- Ensure that a standardized approach exists for all activities, processes are defined and documented
- Working with marketing department, ensure that communications, newsletters and updates are provided to the network
- Identify opportunities for automation working with colleagues and where required produce business cases for out-of-budget requests including cost analysis, benefits and concerns. This should enable a more scalable future
- Liaise with the network and gather feedback and input regarding updates, making it a collaborative effort
- Support and carry out internal and external auditing of network to ensure they are working towards the WAD standards set out and meeting expectations
- Identify new project opportunities and ensure continuous project improvements and reviews
- Liaise with Quality Manager to ensure the highest quality delivery from network partners is consistently delivered
- Line manager team members and ensure provision of appropriate supervision, training and support where required
- Conduct periodic audits of the CRM system to ensure the Community Partnerships information and records are up to date
Operations Delivery Assistant - We Are Digital - Coventry

Working in the Operational Delivery team to assist the Manager/Officer to ensure all projects are implemented in line with the objectives. Supporting the Digital inclusion and financial inclusion projects:
- Scheduling courses and appointments as appropriate to the contract type of booking required to meet project targets
- Ensure accurate joining instructions and maps are sent to learners as required
- Answer Inbound calls within the agreed service standards
- Establish key details of each in home learner such as training need, location, health conditions etc
- Ensure suitable trainer or partner is sourced as required for each appointment or course ensuring costs and mileage are within project parameters/budgets
- Liaise with the logistics Assistant to ensure equipment and training material is sourced and available at the locations
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner

- Ensure joining instructions (or other communications) are written and printing sent to Xerox for dispatch
- Ensure operations are standardized and simplified wherever possible
