As a software engineer, I hope to use my technological skills to assist NHS Primary Care Administration. I have strong data management, problem-solving and cross-team communication abilities from my years of system development and process optimisation, all of which are helpful for sustaining administrative operations that support patient care. I have worked with sensitive data under strict compliance requirements throughout my career, which is consistent with how seriously the NHS regards patient privacy.

By assisting with administrative tasks, keeping track of letters and diaries, scheduling meetings, and using IT technologies including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to enhance care delivery, I'm excited to support the fundamental values of the NHS and continue learning new skills required for the job.

I carried out system analysis, workflow design, testing, and data management for a number of business-critical interfaces, whilst liaising between technical teams and operational users to maintain accurate data and seamless services.

• Built and maintained data interfaces between external third party platforms and our core internal databases, managing high volume data imports securely and accurately ahead of reconciliation
• Managed the full lifecycle of system updates including testing, risk assessment, and deployment - to make sure changes never disrupted daily operations
