I would take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the consideration and outline my transparent approach below.
I personally have experience of elderly care with dignity in the community as for the past 6 years I have visited and supported my elderly mother in two local dementia clinics. A very emotional journey giving me a great insight into setting the bar for the head of maintenance position.
All too often that special attention gets missed and with everything focus is key. My focus will therefore set objectives to deliver a first class five-star experience in the maintenance sector for this facility and / or across a designated property portfolio.
I will bring 40yrs of hands-on multi trade and management, M&E PPM maintenance compliance to the facility ensuring delivery meets with policies in line with Mission Values, comfort, compassion, and credibility.
Regrettably I don’t have training in elderly care and welfare, however my skill sets and background can bring a fundamental platform with cost effective delivery in line with set operational targets.
