Patrick Cantle

I am 24 years of age and looking for an opportunity to get involved and get experience within the field of property and portfolio management. I have recently returned from Australia where i had experience shadowing a property manager but the majority of my experience comes from running and managing hospitality venues in England and in Australia.

I am hard working, confident when speaking to new people and have an eye for detail.

The majority of my experience comes from running multiple bars and restaurants in Oxford, I left University after my first year as I didn't believe it was an effective use of my time and my talents laid in leading and managing. After getting a job in the bar on the side of my course I was offered the position of General Manager and became responsible for the running of the establishment as well as hiring and firing of staff. From here I went on to manage a late night venue at the same time and increased the profits returned by these venues significantly.

My education has been gained from the experience I have in managing a team as well as keeping establishments up and running and building them up.

Aside from this I achieved three A-Levels in sixth form.
