I have an excellent track record of achieving results.I communicate effectively in verbal and written English which has helped me in working well as part of a multidisciplinary team. I have found constructive feedback very valuable in improving my skills and helping me deliver my work more confidently. I am willing to work under the direction and leadership of qualified nurses and other team members because I understand the importance of teamwork in improving patients’ clinical outcomes.

I have training in Health Safety and Environment, First Aid, and Fire Safety; all of which will be beneficial in my daily role as a healthcare assistant. I can adhere to strict confidentiality and all other policies and procedures of working in health care settings. I can manage my own workload efficiently and confidently with little or no supervision. My strong organizational skill has helped me in prioritizing my work while managing work pressure.
