I am self-motivated with experience in van driving, block management, bar work and as a Chef. I enjoy being on my feet and focussed single-mindedly on learning and executing my job as good as possible every day. I am currently a very good driver for Waitrose home delivery. I stay busy and do the best i can do no matter what. I really get satisfaction from seeing people happy and satisfied by sonething ive done. Im open too trying any different trade.

• I produce and rotate dishes for the desert menus, counter sales and Afternoon teas

• Started in the kitchen assisting the chefs in stocking, dish washing, cleaning the Kitchen, food preparation and cooking dishes.
• I later also worked as a Barman and waiter. I took orders and served food and drinks, welcomed guests, arranged the café area and cleaned.
• Alongside moving between these roles as needed, I also liased with my manager, the technician and visiting artists in setting up the arts centres seating and décor.
